The Boise Centre
Conference Center

The main events of the weekend will take place at The Boise Centre, Boise's premier conference center, which is located next door to The Grove Hotel.  All general sessions will be held in the Waters Conference Room, which easily divides into three spacious rooms for our Saturday breakout sessions.  Registration tables will be located at the conference room doors. This is where everyone will check-in and pick up name tags, conference guides, pre-purchased B2G Luncheon tickets or any other pre-purchased events tickets and merchandise.

General sessions will be in the Waters conference rooms with classroom style seating. The optional B2G Luncheon on Saturday afternoon will be held in the Cottonwoods Room.  Shown above is the Waters room (left) divided into a smaller break out session room.  Below is a map of The Boise Centre which shows the room locations.
 

The walk from the side entrance of The Grove Hotel to the side entrance of The Boise Centre is very short and covered along the side of the hotel. Pack a small umbrella just in case we have some seasonal weather.  Temperatures in early October are traditionally very mild and pleasant. A light jacket for evenings would be advised.
