Needs and Options
Taxis and hotel shuttles line up in front of the
Boise airport to await passengers.
Baggage claim is on the bottom level with exits leading to taxi and
shuttle access.
The Boise Airport - Gowen Field (BOI)
Located 4 miles from
downtown Boise, the airport provides air service from the following
airlines: Alaska, Delta, Frontier, Horizon, Northwest,
Southwest, United, and US Airways.
Tip: Watch
Southwest Airlines for amazing
fares into Boise. The Southwest fall schedule will become available
online on April 10th, 2009.
Grove Hotel Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Boise airport is available
to all Grove Hotel guests. The shuttle runs from 4:15 am until the
last flight of the day. If the shuttle is not at the airport
when you arrive, call the hotel and they will send one. Please
call the Grove Hotel for more specific questions regarding this

Car Rental
All conference events and free time social activities are within
short walking distance of the hotel and conference rooms.
However, if anyone is staying longer and plans on renting a car, we

Parking
There is a secure underground public parking garage
beneath the Grove Hotel, with elevators to the lobby. Conference
attendees parking in this garage will receive parking passes which lowers the daily
rate from $12 to $9 per day. Guests at the
The Grove Hotel may self self-park in the garage for $7 per day
or use the hotel's valet parking service which is $12 per day.
The entrance to the garage is on Capitol Blvd. just beyond the front
entrance of the hotel. Please indicate your need for a parking
pass on your registration form.
