For those of you who are  traveling, or just wanting to stay near the center of the weekend's activities,  B2G has reserved a block of rooms at the luxurious Grove Hotel.  The hotel rests on the corner of the Grove Plaza, just next door to the  Boise Centre where all conference sessions will take place and the meals will be served.

The spacious standard rooms offer your choice of one king or two queen beds.  Special B2G rates are $99 per night (plus 13% hotel fees). This price applies to all rooms with one to four occupants per room.  While all rooms may not be side by side, they will be on the same floor of the hotel. Reservations can be made through the hotel by calling the number at the top of this page. Be sure to mention that you are with the Band2gether conference group to ensure the special rates.

There is a secure underground public  parking garage beneath the hotel, with elevators to the lobby. Conference attendees will receive parking passes which lowers the daily rate from $12 to $9 per day. Guests at the The Grove Hotel may self-park in the garage for $7 per day or use the hotel's valet parking service which is $12 per day.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Boise airport is available to all Grove Hotel guests. The shuttle runs from 4:15 am until the last flight of the day.  If the shuttle is not at the airport when you arrive, call the hotel and they will send one.  Please call the Grove Hotel for more specific questions regarding this service.

All of the conference events and social activities are within a short walking distance of the hotel.  So no rental car should be necessary unless you plan to stay longer to enjoy our beautiful city of Boise and its surrounding countryside. However, we have recommended car rental and taxi services in the Transportation section.

The hotel lobby and bar, along with a large outdoor fourth-floor terrace, offer plenty of options for places to hang out and visit with friends during free time.  A swimming pool, large hot tub and two saunas are located in the gym on the fifth floor. All B2G conference attendees are welcome to use these amenities.

Free high speed internet service will be available throughout the hotel, via wireless or plug-in.  The business center is located on the first floor and provides hotel guests with 24 hour access to a computer, copier, and fax machine.  Tech support is also available.
